Musician Searching For A New Home

Hiya! My name's Matthew and I'm searching for a new abode after spending a little too long living at a hostel. Though I'm a people person I'm looking for a more relaxed environment to live with less drama and more balanced people that I can hang with. I'm not particularly fussy with who my housemates will be, just as long as they're cool and respectful. Same goes for the house itself. All I'm needing are the basic facilities and amenities and a nice, friendly atmosphere. Of course, it goes without saying that WiFi is important, though I do have a contract on my phone. What to expect from me? I'm very easy-going by nature and I have plenty to occupy me, with my songwriting and novel, and various hobbies. I have a neurological issue that is currently keeping me out of work, but I'm busy working on my various projects, so I'm in no way a layabout who gets bored and caused drama. I'm just looking for somewhere nice to live with nice people and a similarly easy going vibe. Rent will be no problem and I'd ideally want to set up an automatic payment every month so as to remove any potential worry or stress. I'm easy-going, light-hearted and driven, and at last can describe myself as clean and today (at the age of 43, lol).
