Mature Student Seeking Accommodation Near UAL Chel

I am a mature student enrolled in the Fine Arts program at UAL Chelsea (SW1P 4JU).

I have just returned from my study abroad programme in the USA, and so I am currently seeking a place to rent closer to the university...preferably within 30 30-minute radius or less of the Pimlico/Victoria area or at least a plethora of buses, underground connections to it!

**I will be available for in-person viewings from December 27th-January 6th**

I'm looking for either:

1. A double or single self-contained flat with a private bathroom and kitchen
2. A flat-share with other females or males (As I'm not really fussed as long as all tidy, clean and respectful), I would prefer a private bathroom (if possible) and shared kitchen with tidy and respectful roommates.

(both with good-great level connections to this location SW1P 4JU)

With an intended move-in date from 4th January to 6th January 2026 earliest...however, if possible, I can move in anytime after this with the 10th or 11th...being the absolute latest!

I am looking for a minimum lease of 1 year, as I need to secure a safe place to live and see out the remainder of my 2nd year into my 3rd and final academic year in September 2026...so long-term is my goal. (max 24 months)

As a dedicated and responsible tenant, I am keen to secure a comfortable and conducive living environment to support my academic and artistic pursuits.

To repeat, if the commute from your location to my university is too far out with not many travel options, but the overground... I will have to decline!
