Professional looking for a double room or annex

Hi,
My name is Emma, I’m 27 (28 next month) and I’m a single professional.
I’m currently looking for a flat or room in a house share as I’m relocating from the Isle of Wight to Bournemouth for work at the end of August.
I work 50+ hours a week as a restaurant manager.
I’m very mature for my age and very respectful when living with someone.
On my days off I like to go to the gym, go for walks, eat out.
I don’t like clubbing/partying, although I do like going to a nice cocktail bar now and then.
Once or twice a month I do look after my nans dog (around 4 days a month), she’s a miniature shih tzu, she is a hypoallergenic dog therefore she doesn’t shed/moult, she is fully trained, very well behaved and will be with me at all times when I’m taking care of her. I am open to moving somewhere that is not ok with this, although it would shorten my availability length until I can find somewhere which is ok for pets.
