Nerdy Film/TV Professional Looking for a Buddy Up

I would love to find a roommate situation that feels like home, and not just a flatshare for convenience. Where we look forward to seeing each other, cook for each other, have movie nights, and hang out together when we feel like being social. I definitely enjoy my alone time but I really yearn for the warm, cozy feeling of saying hi and sharing a conversation when I get home from work. I have quite niche interests/hobbies and I would love to find somebody who shares in some of them. I know not all of my criteria will be met, but I thought I would lay it all out on the table and hope to find some like-minded people. Couples are more than welcome!

Ideally I would like to find somewhere very close to Waterloo Station, or King's Cross Station. There's a really nice block of flats in Waterloo that I'm keeping an eye on because they seem to have a lot of great apartments available as whole properties. I'm also at an age where I'm really starting to appreciate/understand the value of having a living room so that's definitely a non negotiable, no matter how small. I'm a bit of a germaphobe so I feel at my most comfortable in a shoes off/wash your hands when you get home kind of household. I'm LGBTQ+, really into film, cosplay/comic cons, musical theatre, pretentious coffee shops, vegan restaurants, Emo (it's not a phase, Mom), old cemeteries, Percy Jackson and other YA franchises. I write, paint, make things out of clay and am generally just quite a creative person. I currently work in film where I can, and in retail/hospitality during dry spells.
