Musician seeking single room

Hello! I am currently a postgraduate music student (a pianist, organist and composer) looking for a single room in a house or flat somewhere in the general environs of Kingston or Richmond. If you also have a piano, and would be happy for it to be used for practice, this would be really amazing!

I am an early bird, tidy and quiet, and due to my work as a musician, I spend large amounts of time outside the house at other venues practising or travelling for concerts. I would also be very happy to contribute to housework and shopping in exchange for reduced rent.

I hope to live with people who are also quiet, and share an appreciation of music. Although I do keep to myself, I appreciate stimulating conversation with interesting people on any subject. In fact, if you care deeply about any particular subject or activity, we will probably get on well.
