Responsible female seeks like-minded

Hello! Thanks for stopping by. Since no one likes to read essay's about strangers, let me cut to the important bits.

i work full-time in marketing for a wine company hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 at home, and am typically out and about, but do enjoy spending time with housemates (vegetarian cooking and wine nights are a personal fav, so a plus if you like to be apart of my taste testing committee), practicing yoga, and going on walks with my dog that end with pints.

i am responsible and respect everyone's space, as well as keep the home a clean place to recharge, and expect the same in return. I have some furniture, household items (kettle, pots/pans, xbox, projector, etc) so am not opposed to an unfurnished rental, I am a UK/US citizen with excellent references, and have an adorable 6 year old dog named Moules Frites. He is house trained and shy at first with new people, so I'm not looking to live with anymore then 2-3 others and you must love dogs!
