House or flat share

Hi, my name is Fopé
I am a professional and I am looking for someone to share a flat or house with myself and my dog, Laika. She is a very sweet dog and causes no trouble indoors. She has been with me since she was a puppy.
I would like someone relaxed and adaptable, with clear communication about boundaries, and dog friendly.
I like to spend time indoors listening to music, but I also love to exercise and go to the gym most days of the week. I like to go out and spend time with my friends.
I speak English and Spanish. I speak some Italian too.
I want to move in from September ideally.
