Looking for a room to rent ASAP
No minimum or maximum stay preference.
Please note that I don’t smoke but I do vape, happy to do this outside of the property.
I work full time within Real estate so I am familiar with rentals.
Very friendly, bubbly and outgoing, not a big drinker at all I much prefer a night in !
I do work in exmouth but I don’t drive so close to public transport is important.
I do have a partner that I would like to visit to stay for a night or two during the week/weekend.
Open to suggestions and compromises ! :)
