Hello! We’re a friendly group of four looking for a furnished or part-furnished three-bedroom home in East or South-East London.

We are one couple sharing a bedroom and two individual sharers. Our group includes an IT professional, an architect, a working UAL graduate and an incoming UCL MSc student.

We’re clean, responsible and respectful. We’re usually busy with work or studies and would take good care of the property.

Our preferences:

Budget up to £2,800 pcm
Moving in early or mid-September
En-suite preferred, or two bathrooms
Minimum 12-month tenancy
Greenwich, Charlton, Deptford, Lewisham, Stratford or nearby areas
No pets or parking required

We can provide employment and student details, references, right-to-rent documents and any other required information. We’re flexible with viewings and ready to move forward with the right home.
