Looking for a studio / en-suite double in London

I’m looking for a studio flat or a double en-suite in London sharing with 1 other person only.

I'm currently living in Clapham and would love to stay here, but I'm open to other nice areas in London too. My main priority is having my own space, whether that's a studio flat or sharing a spacious flat with 1 other housemate.

• My budget is around £1,500 with bills
• Looking to move in from the 1st May but can be flexible
• Ideally I’d love to live alone or just one other person
• The flat will need to be relatively quiet (no mega thin walls, party houses or loud neighbours please)

Areas:

Clapham, Balham, Wandsworth as my top choice, but open to other areas that are safe-ish, offer green spaces and a good connection to London Bridge

Bit about me:

I’m Ronnie - a 29 year old working in dating events (split between home & office in London Bridge). Outside of work, I run an arts page, hang out with my friends, go to the gym, skate, explore London etc.

I would love for my next house to be a calm, peaceful home where I can relax after a long day at work
