Looking for an en-suite double room in London

I’m looking for a double en-suite in London sharing with 1 other person only.

I'm currently living in Clapham and would love to stay here, but I'm open to other nice areas in London too. My main priority is having a quiet space in a spacious flat with 1 other housemate.

• My budget is around £1,350 with bills
• Looking to move in from the 25th April, or 10th May latest
• I’m looking for a relatively quiet flat (no mega thin walls, party houses or loud neighbours please)

Areas:

Clapham, Balham, Wandsworth as my top choice, but open to other areas that are safe-ish, offer green spaces and a good connection to Borough

Bit about me:

I’m Ronnie - a 29 year old working in dating events (split between home & office in Borough). Outside of work, I run an arts page, hang out with my friends, go to the gym, skate, explore London etc.

I would love for my next house to be a calm, peaceful home where I can relax after a long day at work
