____________________________________

I am a 35-year-old lawyer. I am pretty clean, tidy and houseproud. I go to the office twice per week, but I am happy to work from my bedroom when I am at home (provided there is space for a desk). Outside work I enjoy working out, going to the theatre, long walks, meeting friends for drinks and trying new restaurants.

I am looking for someone (just one person) fun to share a flat, ideally in their thirties who is not big into house parties or practicing the drums into the morning hours.

My ideal roomate would simply be clean and considerate. Friendship potential? Great! But I am also very respectful of other people’s downtime and enjoy some me time after a busy workday.

I am looking to relocate at the end of March, preferably a place near Southwark Station.

Wishlist includes:
• Own bathroom
• Modern, sleek aesthetic flat

My budget is inclusive of bills.

I have no furniture except for some kitchen appliances, like kettle and toaster, so almost everything I own will probably fit in my bedroom and bathroom.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Carol
