Student, for 1-2 months

I am currently a PhD Student in Koc University in Istanbul. I arrive in London on August 5th and plan to stay for 1-2 months visiting friends and academic institutions. I am very tidy, clean, and verging on OCD in terms of my household responsibilities; but having lived with very disgusting people in my time, I have a great deal of tolerance and agreeableness. I smoke but more than okay with smoking only outside. I am a straight male and for what its worth exclusively pee sitting down(lived w/ my sis for a long time so that toilet seat is never up and always spick and span), shave regularly so no hair on the floor or on the bathtub etc. I can cook(very good), clean and help with groceries etc. No loud music ever.
