Seeking 3-4 Bedroom House/Flat In Leeds Area

Hello everyone!

We’re 3 friends looking for a flat/house in the Leeds area. We need 3 bedrooms but would be open to 4-bed properties (giving us an extra room for storage, etc.). From the chats we’ve been having, Chapel Alerton, Woodhouse and Kirkstall stand out. We’d also consider Morley, Horsforth, and other similar areas – with good connections to the city centre.

Artemiy is analytical thinker, tea drinker, prefers a night in to a night out, cares about sustainability and LGBTQ+ rights, loves watching sci-fi movies and listening to podcasts about fashion and design.

Tilly is a creative, sociable person that loves reading, painting, and having a pamper. She enjoys socialising with friends but you’re more likely to find her at a pub than on a big night out.

Ishaq works as cloud engineer and in his free time likes to play online games and watch movies. He also enjoys trekking and regular trips to museums.

Key info:

• we’d be looking to move in at the beginning of March 2025
• our combined budget is £1800, so £600 pcm per person (bills inclusive)
• we need good transport links to and from the town centre (must have)
• Tilly currently drives and would need somewhere to park. Ishaq is looking to get a car in the upcoming months
• it’d be great to have an outdoor space, whether that’s a patio, balcony or garden (but this isn’t a deal breaker).
