Single professional, looking to move by January

Hi, my name is Leila and I am a self-employed professional currently living in the New Town area. (EH3) I moved up from London in September and now sadly needing to moving out of a successful flatshare as the room was promised to my flatmate's family member from from January.

I ideally want to stay within a 10-15 minute walk from Waverly station but flexible if the transport links are good, and prefer to share with only 1 or 2 other people.

I have a background in performing arts and was also a trainee therapist - now exploring different career options! I am easy going, respectful, and like to keep my space organised and clean, though I'm not that easily bothered by a bit of clutter! I always aim to be respectful of shared spaces and other people's belongings and routines/habits, and ask for the same in return.

While I do enjoy my own space and independence, I want to live with someone who I can have a friendship with - sharing meals, drinks together, going out, etc.

I come from a mixed culture family and some people find me quirky as I have interests in things like tarot, astrology, spirituality, etc. As long as you're comfortable with things like this I'm totally open to living with anyone of any background, belief, profession, and I'd love to learn all about it. I tend to get on best with people who are quirky themselves!

I have a cat who is currently with my mum in London but plan to bring him up here once I settle into a home.
