Description
URGENT: Seeking Accommodation in Bristol (Early September)
Hello lovely people! I'm Jaice, a 22-year-old full-time law student at UOB, returning to Bristol after a year of travel and work. I'm looking for a welcoming, cozy home where I can balance my studies, part-time job, and wellness routine, while maintaining my mental health and building genuine friendships.
What I'm Looking For:
Move-in Date: Late August/Early September
Budget:£700 per month
-Location: Ideally near the University of Bristol or with good public transport links
About Me:
- Passionate about wellness and self-care ( weight lifting, meditation, yoga) and would love exploring Bristol’s food, and hidden gems.
- Enjoy live music and gigs, but also appreciate quiet evenings at home with a book or a movie.
- I aim to create a warm, friendly atmosphere and am known for making a comforting bowl of soup!
My Lifestyle:
- Entering my final year of law school, I have a busy schedule with lectures, study sessions, and a part-time job. I deeply value a calm, peaceful home environment where I can recharge.
- Prioritising mental health is essential to me, and I'm looking for housemates who also value a nurturing, positive atmosphere and respect for personal boundaries.
- I believe in creating genuine friendships where we can support one another, share experiences, and enjoy both social time together and independent time alone.
- Naturally tidy and believe in maintaining a harmonious living space by sharing household chores and keeping common areas clean.
Room Requirements:
- Furnished or partially furnished with enough space for a study desk.
- Prefer natural light and a quiet, peaceful household.
Household Preferences:
- A clean, tidy, and respectful environment where everyone takes responsibility for shared spaces.
- A supportive, friendly atmosphere with open communication, mutual respect, and opportunities for genuine connections.
I can provide references from previous landlords in Bristol upon request. As a full-time student, I'm exempt from council tax, which could be beneficial if you are a professional (25% reduction for professionals living with students).
I also have a UK based guarantor if that is a requirement :)
If you're looking for a considerate, easygoing housemate who values a cozy, harmonious home, good mental health, genuine friendships, and shared responsibilities, I'd love to hear from you!
Best regards,
Jaice 💓
