Looking for relaxed but mature tenants/housemates?

We are Thu and Alex, a married professional couple aged 32 and 39. I am currently a lawyer, and my husband Alex is an English teacher.

✳️ Our values:

We are relaxed and mature.

We are straight-forward and value open communication — to avoid unnecessary drama.

We are fair as flatmates and would love to live in a place that values that. Although we're a couple, we respect the space available to all members of a household.

✳️ Hobbies:

Outside work, we enjoy relaxing, cooking, engaging in our respective sports (badminton and fishing), and arts such as film, music and theatre.

We like being active, cooking, and traveling. We both love cooking a diversity of cuisines, particularly Vietnamese, Indian and Korean, but others too. We have catered to our groups of friends occasionally and would love to do the same for flatmates from time to time :)

✳️ What we look for:

We are looking for one or two bedroom place. A pre-existing housemates or buddying up with someone.

The top three things we look for in a housemate is
- Clean & tidy.
- Easygoing.
- Communicative on any possible issues.

✳️ Dates and money

We are available to move from 01/01/26 — although it is flexible as we're not in a huge rush.

Our budget is £1600pcm but we can stretch it if we like a place.
