Couple looking for a double room

Hi! We’re a professional couple who have been living in Surbiton for 4 months now. We love the area and need it for James’ work. As our current tenancy is coming to an end we are looking for a house share or room / flat to rent. We are considerate and tidy people, so will help keep the house clean and organised.

Some shared hobbies include trying out various sports, attempts at cooking, plus travelling when we can. We appreciate both chilled film/boardgame nights in, but are equally up for going out and socialising in town.

James has a job in science. He’s got lots of varied interests, so a great member of a pub quiz team. He happily watches many sports but mainly tennis and football.

Gemma works in marketing. Having an arts background, she likes to visit new galleries and try new crafts. She does a combo of work from home and going into office, so being near a train station with links to central London would be helpful.
