Sustainability Professional seeking room -Feb 2025

Looking to move to either Cardiff (Cathedral Road, Cardiff Bay, Carthays, or Roath) or Clifton Village in Bristol. Move-in date is Feb 11th, 2025 or later. Seeking a place that is furnished and warm. I currently live in Bristol (Southville), so I can arrange viewings in Cardiff if booked in advance. Budget is flexible and depends on the location & fit.

About me: I'm from Brazil, but lived in the US for 10+ years and, more recently, in Edinburgh for the past 2 years. I am clean & tidy, friendly, an animal lover, and passionate about sustainability. I love folk music and I like to cook, watch movies, go dancing, out for a pint, or stay in and have interesting conversations over red wine. I hike, yoga, and surf, and love all things outdoors. I have my shit together and will never be late for rent. Let's live together! :)

What I'm looking for in an apartment:
- Furnished (required)
- Prefer a studio/1-bedroom or house share, as opposed to having a live-in landlord
- Bonus if it includes a washer & dryer (not required)
- Bills included / Preferred EPC rating A, B, or C if bills are not included
- Move-in: February 2025
- Contract term: I am flexible, but would prefer a shorter contract
- Bonus: would love an en-suite, but not a requirement.
