Looking for potential flatmates and double room.

My name is James, I am 22 years old from Manchester, moving up to Edinburgh to start my Masters of architecture in September.

I'm looking for a double room in Newington / Dalkeith Road area, but I’m flexible with this. Ideally it would be close to the University of Edinburgh campus.

I am a clean flatmate who likes to socialise but also enjoy a quiet night in cooking or watching a film. Love going outdoors on a long walk.

Looking to find some flatmates to share a house / flat who are also students or young professionals. I like to keep the shared spaces tidy and homely. Must be LGBT+ friendly :)
