Looking For A Double Room For At Least 6 Months

Hello! I’m Evelyn, a psychology graduate from Exeter excited to start a new chapter here. Originally from Hong Kong, I’m looking for a welcoming place to call home as I explore this vibrant city.

What I’m looking for:
I’m seeking a comfortable double room with a budget of £900-1500 pcm (bills included). Since I love to buy clothes, bigger wardrobes would be preferable. Ideally, the location would be within a 15-minute walk to groceries and public transport.

A little bit about me:
I’m a tidy, quiet, and considerate housemate with 4 years of experience in shared living. Though I’m initially reserved, I warm up eventually and enjoy having conversations. I’m passionate about cultural exchange and eager to learn more cultures while sharing my own experiences from Hong Kong. Improving my English is one of my goals, so conversations that help me grow is a plus!

My interests:

• Dancing: I’ve been dancing ballet since childhood and has also try other types of dance. I hope to continue in the UK. It would be wonderful if you’d like to join me or simply chat about the art!

• Psychology & mental health: As a psychology graduate, I’m always happy to have an open, friendly conversation about anything on your mind—whether it’s mental well-being, personal growth, or just sharing thoughts. You’re more than welcome to reach out and chat. : )

• Cooking: I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and baking treats. I’m always happy to share my creations and try new dishes together.

• Exploring: I’m excited to visit museums, explore local markets, and discover hidden gems. It would be great to have a housemate who’s up for occasional outings.

• Learning languages: I speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and I plan on learning new languages! Teach me more phrases please! :)
