Room needed by professional

I'm from China and moved to the UK in May of this year. I'm a content creator currently working remotely for a Chinese company, producing videos for video platforms and doing some advertising. I have an HPI visa, which allows me to legally reside in the UK for two years. My girlfriend will also come to the UK early next year, and we plan to settle in the UK long-term in the future. I really enjoy exploring various tech products, cooking, and playing video games. I'm also very handy; I designed the electrical circuits and network setup for our house in China, making it fully smart-controlled. I don't smoke, and I won't have loud parties at home. If I move in, my weekends will probably be spent playing with the dogs in the backyard while having a barbecue.
