Professional Male (27) Seeking Homely Room

I’m a 27-year-old male professional looking for a homely apartment, either a single or double room. I’m available to move in immediately, with a budget of up to £650 pcm.

Ideally, I’d like to find a place within easy reach of public transport and amenities. I’m open to sharing with males (and mixed households) between the ages of 25 and 45.

A bit about me: I’m clean, tidy, and respectful. I don’t smoke, and while I enjoy socialising, I also value peace and privacy at home. I work full-time as a professional at Heriot-Watt University and would like to live in a friendly, relaxed environment where everyone feels at home.
