Buddy-up for room in a 3 bed, NE Greater Manc! 🌳

Hi! I'm Billy, I'm a 28 year old creative producer working in content and branding 🎥 📸

I'm looking for an equally tidy-conscious professional to take a room in a 3 bed house in Mossley. To be clear this would be sharing with just me, as I'm looking to take the two smaller rooms- one as a bedroom and the other as a workspace (which I desperately need! 😅)

Mossley boasts the unique balance of being both close to nature and well connected to the city (train station is a short walk and a 20 minute ride to Piccadilly). There's also a nice collection of independent shops, including organic food shops and the like 🍞🥑🍓🥬🍇🫒

There's two similar houses I'm looking at, both are really lovely and should work out around £650-£750 all in (rent, bills, council tax). I'm happy to discuss splitting the rent in relation to the floorspace we each occupy in our room/rooms :)

I'm a sociable person, so it would be really nice to live with someone who wants to hang out a bit (watching films, chatting, cooking together etc). That being said, like everyone I like my alone time too and completely respect anyones need for the same ✌

I'm always looking to try new things, but I especially like cooking (and eating), climbing, playing basketball, playing piano, getting out into nature, making and listening to music, watching films, pubs n walks and all that 🌳 🍃 Would get on particularly well with anyone who's into anything active or creative (if you can teach me anything about gardening or food that's a big plus!)
