Room needed for New Year 2026

Hi - looking for a room in a shared home with all bills included, wifi and washing machine. I like the Cranfield Park area and South Wickford near to Life Perspective where I work. I may wish to stay pretty long term if all are in agreement. I am semi-retired and student and have plenty of money plus a settlement due from my divorce.
Please ask anything you wish of me, and happy to come and meet up so that those renting out the room are happy who I am, especially if there are children in the home. I am a mother of grown up kids and have been a teacher for years so love kids.
Not looking to use your home as a party place! In fact I hate parties, so I would be a very quiet and moderate person to have around. My current landlady can testify to that. I am also great with animals.
Very respectful and very careful with use of things such as water, gas and electric. I am also very into clean kitchens and bathrooms.
I will be at home most of the time working remotely and out some of the time studying.
