Looking for a double room

I’m looking for a double room in a friendly, tidy, long-term flatshare anywhere in the South East London (Tooting, Balham, Brixton, Clapham etc.) or anywhere with good access to the Northern or Central line.

My budget is flexible depending on the place, around £1000 pcm (bills included).

I’m a 25 y/o professional with a mix of office (Tottenham Court Road) and WFH. I’m easy-going, clean, and respectful of other people’s space, but I also really value a friendly home environment.

Would love to live with someone I can hang out with now and then. I like my downtime too, but I’m also hoping to expand my social circle and build a comfortable, relaxed home environment.

I’d also be happy to buddy up with someone (or a couple of people) to find a whole flat together.

Would prefer to meet up or have a chat prior to moving in.
