Graduate/ ‘Professional’ Lookin For A Flat Share:)

Hey I am Elliot, 23 years old and recently moved back home to greater manchester after living in Newcastle for 5 years. I am a fine art graduate and looking to move back into the city and hopefully make a new friend or two along with it! I have just started a job working front of house at a bakery, so looking to move in the new year.

A quick summary of what I’m looking for before we get to the dating profile paragraph:

-double room in Manchester and surrounding areas (Salford, Ancoats, Didsbury, New Islington etc)
-friendly and social flatmate(s) who I can be friends with as I’m moving into town starting fresh!
-move in for late Jan- early Feb (but I’m flexible)
-ensuite would be fab, but not a deal breaker by any means
-ideally looking to slot into a spare room in a pre existing tenancy/ replace a current flatmate. not really looking to start a new year long tenancy
-looking at around 700-800 all in, some wiggle room but can’t go much higher

And now the cringe part :

I’m a chilled, friendly and easy to get along with kind of person. Various baked goods will come with sharing a flat with me, aswell as some beautiful plants I’ve trailed around with me for the last 5 years. Fan of music, real housewives, vintage and antiques, good food, art, drag, animals etc etc etc. (I’m a gay man incase it’s of any relevance). Kind of starting fresh in Manchester and would be super eager to make some pals ! A friendly household who have a bit of a social life would be great to slot into, or just a solo flatmate who thinks they’d get along with me! If you think we’d get along, I’m open to the idea of buddying up to find a flat together too!
