MSc student looking for short-term let

I'm a postgraduate physiotherapy student going out on placement for January to mid/late February. I am looking to live somewhere reasonably accessible to Western General Hospital, ideally fully furnished. My preferences for flatmates are quite flexible, but smoking/vaping indoors is a dealbreaker and I would appreciate general tidiness. I am cheerful, respectful, tidy, and quiet. My placement will likely occupy a lot of my time but I'm generally happy to socialise if my time isn't spoken for. I am very open-minded, won't ever judge you, and am happy to join in on almost anything! I have lived in communal housing many times before and am confident I will be a positive and helpful addition to your living situation.
