Hi! We’re Flossie and Emi 🫶🏼 We actually met on SpareRoom last year and are now looking for a third person to join us in a new 3-bed flat! 🏡💫

📍 Location: Salford / Salford Quays
📅 Move-in: Mid-August (our current tenancy ends on 17th August)
💰 Rent: Around £600–£650 per person (depending on the flat)
⚡ Bills: Approximately £140–£160 per person (depending on the council tax band, plus water, electricity and WiFi)

👯 A bit about us:
• Friendly, sociable girls looking for a new friend as well as a flatmate
• We love a mix of cosy nights in, nice dinner and drinks as well as fun nights out
• Flossie works in fashion and is in the office 5 days a week
• Emi is a trainee solicitor and works from home 1 day a week

We’re looking for someone who is easygoing, tidy and like-minded to help us create a relaxed and welcoming home.
