Quiet working professional looking for a room

Thank you for taking the time to read my ad.

I am a 33 year old project manager (construction) looking for somewhere close to the station for my commute.

I am flexible at work so I can work from home or the office 1/2 days per week if suitable but not a deal breaker.

I will spend most weekends with my Month old child with family.

I am clean and take pride in my appearance.

I am looking for a quiet respectable household of people, I'm not into the party scene anymore so don't fancy being woke up at 4am on the regular.
I enjoy cooking and always make too much so happy help out where I can.
