Seeking A Sublet Or A Double Room In Flat

I'm seeking to sublet or rent a room in a 2 or 3-bedroom flat for up to 6 or 12 months. My ideal location is South West or South East London, but I'm open to other areas with convenient transport links.

About Me:

I'm a museum educator and creative artist, born and raised in London. I currently work at the British Library as a learning facilitator, where I deliver educational workshops for school groups.

I work in the office Monday to Friday, and on weekends, I’m usually out with friends or focused on my latest creative project. At home, I enjoy my own space but also appreciate a sociable chat now and then. Convenient transport links are essential for me.

I'm available to move in at the end of August or early September. My maximum budget is £750 pcm, and I prefer a double room in a 2 or 3-bedroom flat with bills included. My deposit limit is £600-£700.

I'm looking to live with relaxed, clean, friendly, and sociable flatmates. We all lead busy lives, but I value good communication, positive vibes, and mutual understanding in a shared living space.
