i do prefer piece & quiet respectful surroundings, personal hygiene is very important , i expect others to have those standards too..
As long as i have a gym near by i shower there daily altho sharing facilities is fine as long as above standards are respected…
if any., I prefer small dogs rather than the larger ones that shed hairs.
Im house proud & always respect other peoples property ..
i don’t smoke, i barely drink alcohol if at all..
I am a Sporty guy with a healthy lifestyle.
Chatty & sociable .
I respect other peoples privacy as they should mine ..

Deal breakers are poor hygiene/ smelly pets & homes / unnecessary noise & bad language.
