Hello I’m posting this ad in the hopes someone could possibly help me. I’m looking for a studio or 1 bed flat with private garden that would accept me and my cat. Not looking for rooms or house shares sorry as I need some privacy and access to garden due to my health. I’m claiming PIP, UC & LCWRA so I would need a landlord who would be willing to accept this.. I am currently renting a 1 bed flat in London.
My max rent in central or close to central London is 1300 a month Greater London like eltham, Bexleyheath etc would be around 1000 a month and it would be less if it’s out of London but happy to negotiate.
I would ideally need a long let. I Unfortunately I don’t have a home owner guarantor but I do have a working one and references from previous landlords.
If anyone knows of anywhere that would possibly accept me or if you’re a potential landlord I am happy to answer any questions and provide anything that’s required.
