Looking for flat/studio/house

Hello,
I’m looking for a house, studio, or flat to rent. I am currently studying at Sussex University, completing my first year in Music Technology.

I am employed and have a student loan to cover accommodation costs, with additional financial support from my parents, who are happy to act as guarantors. I also have a small, well-trained Pomeranian dog, so pet-friendly accommodation is essential.

I am responsible, respectful, and committed to maintaining a clean and quiet living environment. I am ready to move in starting December.
