Professional male looking for room or flat

I am 49 years old I work as a door supervisor at grapes in Falmouth town. I am just completing a masters degree in the next two weeks. I will then be working as second job in the week days with various event companies. I also work with Oxfam festival campaigning.
I am sociable and have friend group with a wide age range.
However i do like to spend my evening's watching TV in my room or occasionally go out and play pool will a couple of friends.
