Looking for a peaceful room

Hiii!
Im Izar, 22 year old female from Spain.
Im a full time model and student looking for a room to live preferably in west acton area.

Im looking for a furnished room in a peaceful, non party household with WiFi, as I’m very chill and I study online and I’m slowly building my business on the days I’m not working (modeling) or traveling. Preferably female household but not closed to living in a mixed or male household as long as everyone is respectful of each others boundaries.
I love cooking and I’m very clean, tidy and respectful.

It would be a plus to live in a sociable flat , I’m always up for a chat, grocery runs, going out to dinner or a good Netflix night in, but don’t really care if that’s not the case.
I’m very into having a healthy lifestyle, clean diet and exercising.

I also love animals and have always lived with all kinds of pets (grew up in a farm) so I wouldn’t mind at all living in a house where there is pets as I miss mine a lot when I’m out.

I can provide proof of income/credit and could ask current landlord for references if necessary.
