Looking for a Room, W London, Long term.

Hi,

I am looking for a arrangement with a homeowner or landlord who may not need full-year occupancy.

My ideal setup is to stay in a room for around 8–9 months each year (March to November). This could suit someone who travels, splits time between homes, or simply has a space unused for part of the year.

If this kind of flexible arrangement works for you, it could be a great fit for both sides.

I’m looking for a clean, calm single or double room in West London.

About me:
I work in service and hospitality sector. Previously worked as a Social host for a Co living space, I am currently work part-time in events while looking for permanent full-time opportunities.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and very mindful of shared spaces. I have lived in different places over the years and travelled quite a bit, so I adapt easily and communicate well.
I value a peaceful home and live a balanced lifestyle- into nature, music, art, yoga and good food.

Living style:
- Clean, tidy and considerate
- Communicative and easy to live with
- Prefer a calm, grounded home environment
- Art, Culture and Spiritually inclined. 

Additional note:
I have a 12-year-old son who lives with his mother in Glastonbury. He may visit occasionally, mainly in school holiday time (its infrequent and flexible).

I’m currently staying with a friend and looking to move in April. I’m reliable with rent and can provide references if needed.
