Looking for a person to buddy up to find a flat/ho

Hi looking for somebody to find a place and share a flat or house together. I’m looking for a long term let so a year and over would be good with me.. Ideally in Kemp Town, Hove or Brighton.. I’m flexible with start dates. I’m looking for a place with outside space that we can share. I don’t mind getting a one bedroom and we can have a bedroom each and share the kitchen together or we can get a two bedroom place together. If that suits you. It would be nice to meet up over a coffee and get to know each other a bit. I would like both of us to be on the contract and we can share bills.
