Student seeking a single or double room

Hello! My name is Annie and I'm 19 years old. I'm a full-time student at the University of Westminster in my second year. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move ideally about a month from now, 15/02/2025 (but can start moving sooner!) and have a budget of £800pm (bills included). I am happy to share with anyone of any age - I am not a rowdy student, I much prefer to stay in than to go out.

I have a strong interest in stand-up comedy, which I like to go to some nights. My favourite comedy clubs are in Angel and Kennington. I also am very fond of literature (my area of study!).

If you'd like to know more, please message! My ideal place is a room in my budget, ideally with links to Victoria, Central or Bakerloo lines (but this is not necessary).
