I am looking for a room in shared accommodation with other postgraduate students/people from early November. I am open to discussion regarding the start date of the tenancy.
I am a starting PhD student at my alma mater, University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh College of Art. I am a filmmaker and a mature student. My PhD research is related to film and psychotherapy.
I am friendly, easy to get along with, quiet and tidy.
I am currently a self-funded student (I plan to apply for more grants in the autumn) and therefore I am considering paying around £500 to £650 per month.
Please let me know when I can arrange to view your property. I am quite flexible during the week and also available at the weekends.
