Group up to find non-terrible living conditions

Hello! I’m looking for a new long term rental in the new year. Ideally somewhere north but flexible. Want to try avoiding the 1-2 bedroom price hike, so looking for 2-3 others to search for a flat with! The dream is to leverage larger numbers to secure a (nice) big space longer term.

I like reading, writing (a bad blog), and cooking in my spare time. I work in strategic communications in central London, and work from the office 4 days a week. I’m looking for friendly and sociable young professionals to live with, ideally making this flat a more homely space, that doesn’t feel like a temporary fix!

In that spirit, I’d be willing to contribute to part furnishing the hypothetical flat, if a long term contract is secured.
