Mature student looking for a chilled houseshare!

Hi! I'm looking for a room within Meanwood/Chapel Allerton/Far Headingley ideally but open to living in Burley/Docks area as well. I'm a mature student studying a healthcare course at Beckett so I'm looking for a room as I'll be relocating (currently commuting). I'm a sociable, clean and tidy person with a positive outlook on life and hope to find others with similar values. My partying days are behind me now (the hangovers hit harder in your 30's!) but I enjoy a few beers in the local pub or a movie night in with a bottle of wine and good food. I'd prefer somewhere with bills included for ease but also happy to split if that's the current set up and I love animals so I'm happy to live with pets. Drop me a message if that all sounds good!
