Looking For A Double Room In Pet Friendly House

My name is George, and I’m seeking a first-floor place to stay ideally within 10 miles from Rochester. I’ve secured a quality management position in the area and need a convenient place to stay for 3-4 months. I’ll be relocating with my dog .

A little about me:
I’m a male in my 30s from the West Midlands. I’m very clean and tidy, and as a homeowner myself, I’ll treat your place with the utmost respect. I live a quiet life—I don’t drink or party, and I rarely cook. Most of my free time is spent outdoors in my camper van.

About my dog:
I have a 2-year-old Labrador who is incredibly friendly and well-behaved. He’s won two awards: 2nd place in Rally Obedience (for following commands) and 3rd place in BV/BH competition (city dog). He’s very quiet and curious—he’s barked around 30 times in his entire life!

How I manage renting with my dog:
My dog stays in my room, and there’s no contact with other people in the house when I’m away. However, if others would like to interact with him, I’m happy to supervise.
