One bedroom flat (not room/bedsit/HMO) wanted

I am looking for a one bedroom flat to rent while I work a new (fixed-term) contract in Brighton. It would be for three months at first (possibly extending to six months or longer).

I am a 42 year old professional Communications Manager and would work from home and in the office.

I am clean, respectable and can provide references.

Personal interests include film, music, art, sport and literature.

I don't have lots of stuff and don't need parking.
