Looking for single/double-bed room, professional

Hi

I'm looking for a single or double-bed room in Bath or Bristol (temple meads or bus station), with a budget of up to £800 including bills. I'm a mindful, vegetarian, non-smoking person, and I'll be starting work as a professional at the University of Bath in mid-February 2026.

Besides work, I am a regular yoga practitioner, enjoy photography, bouldering, and hiking. I'm up for outdoor adventures.

I am a social being, enjoy talking to housemates but I also enjoy solitude equally. Not a party person but don't mind if the household is hosting a party time (as long as they are being responsible and nobody setting off an alarm at 2am).

I enjoy cooking at home and I clean as I cook, my superpower and my curse. I wouldn't mind if flatmates are non-vegetarians, I'd admire you with all respect but I won't eat it.

I don’t have pets but I wouldn’t mind having them around, love them.

I'm planning to move in by February 10th.
