Seeking room or buddy up to move in by end of Aug

My partner and I are looking to relocate to London by the end of August. We’re searching for either a double room suitable for a couple or a single and a double room within the same household, with a combined budget of up to £1500 per month (bills included).

We’d prefer an en-suite room if available, but we’re flexible as long as the space is clean and comfortable. Ideally, the property should have no more than 3 rooms total; we’re looking for a quiet, respectful environment.

We both work in data-related roles and may need to work from home occasionally, so appreciate a spacious room or flat with enough space for a desk setup.

We enjoy home-cooked meals, so a well-kept kitchen is important to us. We’re tidy, respectful, and sociable – happy to live with like-minded people who value a peaceful and clean living environment.
