• Good transport links
• Space for WFH setup

• Clean, well-maintained place
• Quiet, non-crowded building/area
• Good kitchen (we enjoy cooking at home)

We’re both working professionals in data/tech and have been living in the UK for around 2.5 years. We’re tidy, and respectful, and take good care of the place we live in. We’re easygoing and sociable, but also really value having a peaceful, comfortable home environment.
