Friendly professional seeking room London North

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a room near Kings Cross / London North as I will be starting a marketing role in the tech industry nearby Kings Cross.

I am social and enjoy having a chat or a meal with my flatmates, or occasionally go out together. At the same time I enjoy having my privacy and quiet time. I have been living in shared houses / flats since more than 10 years in Germany, Chile, the Netherlands, and the UK and I met very nice people during that time.

In my private time, I like to spend time with friends, join a yoga class, go for a run (it would be great if a park is not too far away), drinking nice coffee, visit a museum. I started improve theater and would happily get more into that. I am originally from Germany and have done a lot of traveling. I speak English, German, Spanish, and French. Now my plan is to settle in the UK.

I will be busy with work so I am looking for a quiet home with professionals. I appreciate a tidy and respectful home environment. I will be working from Monday till Thursday in the office. At the weekends I might be visiting my boyfriend and he might visit me occasionally. Ideally I look for a room for 7 days a week, but I would also consider rooms that are available from Monday till Friday. My budget is up to £1200.

I would appreciate if it is a monthly rolling contract as I will be starting a new role.

I will be in London this Thursday (19th February) and would be available for viewings after 5 PM.
