Looking for a Studio/1-Bed/House share in Leeds

Hello! I’m looking for a new place in Leeds and hope to move in around 2nd or 3rd January. I’m open to different types of accommodation — a house share, a studio, a one-bedroom, or even a two-bedroom flat. Ideally, somewhere in or near the city centre.

A little about me: I enjoy art, photography, and music, and I appreciate a peaceful living environment. I don’t host house parties. I’m clean, tidy, and always take good care of the space I live in. I’d also prefer a monthly rent payment arrangement if possible.

One important wish of mine is to have a south-facing balcony or good natural sunlight — it makes a huge difference for me, especially during the darker winter months.

My budget is limited at the moment, so I would truly appreciate any help, leads, or opportunities. I might be a little slower in replying due to a busy schedule — apologies in advance!
