Looking for a Studio/1-Bed in Leeds city center

Hello! I’m looking for a new place in Leeds, ideally a studio or one-bedroom flat in the city centre, as I need to move out by 20th September.

A little about me: I graduated with a Master’s degree from the University of Leeds last year in Professional Language and Intercultural Studies. I’d love to spend more time in Leeds, so I’m hoping to find a comfortable space to call home.

I’m into art, photography and music, and I enjoy peaceful living. I don’t host house parties. I’m also clean, tidy, and always take good care of the furniture and the place I live in. Ideally, I’d prefer a monthly rent payment arrangement if possible.

One important wish of mine is to have a south-facing balcony or good sunlight exposure — it really makes a difference for me, especially in the winter months when days can feel darker.

My budget is limited at the moment, so I’d truly appreciate any help or opportunities. Please kindly note that I’ve been quite busy recently, so my replies might be a little delayed — apologies in advance!
