Looking to buddy up in Beckenham and surrounding

I am a Civil servant and working in Bromley area. I mostly work from home. I am currently living in a 1 bedroom flat on my own, in Beckenham but have to move out by 12th Oct 2025. Only to find out that rent went of the roof and can't afford a 1 bedroom place for myself anymore. So I have decided to go back to buddy up and flat sharing again, to find a decent place to live. I am looking to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place with another professional in the area of Beckenham, Bromley, Crystal Place or nearby areas. I have all my furniture for a one bed place. Ideally you just need your bedroom furniture. But we can sort that out together. I know places where you can get your cheap bed etc. If you are in similar situation and looking for the same we can start looking for a 2 bedroom place together. Must be professional or student, no unemployed people.
I’d describe myself as clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m quiet, considerate, and value open, honest communication to keep things running smoothly. I enjoy a peaceful home environment and am mindful of others’ routines and boundaries, especially when it comes to noise and privacy.

I’m also friendly, approachable, and happy to chat or occasionally share a meal or Netflix, while still respecting everyone’s personal space. I’m reliable with rent and bills, responsible, and treat any home I live in with care and respect.
