Room or small flat for two

We are Daniele and Irene from Italy and we are currently working for three months in Southampton from Sept to end Dec. We are caring respectful and peaceful. We look for a double room or small flat for two preferably max 15 min walk or public transport from Highfield university and with broadband connection, preferably max 700£ all included. We need a CLEAN and quiet space (not noisy or partying). Irene works at the University and Dani is an IT professional working remotely.
We're looking for a rent from NOW to mid/end December and available for visiting the property as soon as possible.
Currently living in portswood area.
