Looking for a room to rent near Newcastle for work

Hi I'm Joe, I'm about to turn 20 and have got a new job around the Newcastle area, Cobalt park to be specific, that is causing me to have to finally move away from my family. I'm required to work from home a couple of days a week so a nice quiet household/flat would be ideal! I love going to the gym and for runs and of course love an occasional trip to the pub. Very open minded when it comes to who i would be moving in with, i'm really not picky. As my new job is based in cobalt park anywhere as close to there is preferable however I'm open to anywhere within a reasonable distance. I am a very clean and tidy person so cleanliness will not have to be a concern! I am looking for a minimum term of 6 months but I'm open to longer Any questions about myself or anything else feel free to ask!
